Things I've Learned in PA II

  • Red-up - means to tidy up, to do a quick cleaning before guests arrive. Not to be confused with deep cleaning or Spring cleaning.
  • Run the Sweeper -same as to vacuum
  • Chipped-ham BBQ -traditional food to be eaten while watching a Steelers' game
  • Ham Pot Pie -surprisingly is not a pie but whoa, it is good, homemade noodles included
Just so you know.

What about Hot Ham Water?

It's like hot water, but with a smack of ham.

Really there's such a thing as ham water??? The ham/noodle thing sounds yummy-do you have a recipe?

Hot Ham Water? Wha? Really? You need to say more -I'm so confused.

Erika -I don't have the recipe but I can get it. It's like meatloaf -everyone's grandma has the best recipe. So far all the ones I have sampled are good. It's more like a really thick stew.
