My "To Do" list for Jan 2008:
- Write application letter of intent for CMU
- Collect various other components of application and send out by Feb. 10
- Start riding bike again
- Resume daily meditations
I can always tell when I'm on the verge of being VERY stressed out- I start listing. Meaning, making out "to do" lists on anything I can find. What?! It helps.

-to not yell at my kids.
-walk up and down my stairs 5 extra times a day
-remember to take my meds every morning (yes I'm stealing one from you :))
-remember to have a least one positive thought a day.
welcome back to the blogosphere! I so know what you are about with the lists. I love lists, I always make them when I have too much in my mind.
CMU is Central Michigan University. They offer a Masters in Dietetics and Nutrition. It can be completely entirely online. I'm thinking it's time to go back.
that is really exciting for you. Good luck and let me know what you hear. Sounds like you won't be the only family member doing the school route again. (no not me yet.)
